Portlanders are mad about food carts. That's a a fact. At 2am you'll find late night food carts packed grubbin' on pasta, burritos, fried pies and poutin. It seems like on every corner there's a new cart popping up. As for our neck of the woods on 33rd and Hawthorne, we've been courting a fancy little Mexican food cart called NEZA around the corner parking lot for some time. Looks like they've made the leap front and center of HOV. Grab and burrito and some vintage while you're at it!
